Cara membuat Sayur Lodeh with Tofu

  1. Cuci dan potong tahu menjadi 2 bagian berbentuk segitiga atau sesuai selera.
  2. Cuci kemudian potong sayur kol, wortel dan cabe rawit merah.
  3. Siapkan panci berisi air +- 200 ml kemudian masukkan bumbu yang telah ditumbuk halus, daun salam, lengkuas yang telah digeprek dan potongan cabe rawit merah.
  4. Masak di api sedang.
  5. Masukkan tahu tofu.
  6. Setelah mendidih masukkan wortel.
  7. Tunggu wortel agak matang kemudian masukkan sayur kol.
  8. Kecilkan api kompor.
  9. Masukkan santan +- 5 ml kemudian aduk.
  10. Tunggu +-3 menit (santan akan rusak jika dimasak terlalu lama).
  11. Matikan kompor.
  12. Hidangkan.
